Exercise seems to be the bain of my existence. There is a part of me that wants to get up and do it so badly, but then there is the much bigger part, the rest of me that is happy to stay firmly on my butt without getting up and moving at all. Although, once I did find an answer to my exercise woes, it was a wonderful and magical elliptical machine. It was magical because it was in front of my tv with my wonderful tivo. And that made exercising so easy!
