I like to learn new things about other places, and I must say I didn’t know these things about Norway, well not that I’ve been there. It’s kinda odd though about the sheep head delicacy and I can’t imagine eating whale.

I’m in Norway right now am having sticker-shock after living in the Netherlands for 6 months. It seems like the diet is a mix of traditional Norwegian foods and processed American-inspired junk. It is very interesting! I purchased organic foods for my family in the Netherlands, and a very simple meal to feed my family from the organic grocery tonight cost about 200 kroner!
