Well, we just bought a juicer here in Oslo (for quite the pretty penny - uh - I mean krone :). Yes, it was not cheap (like anything else in Norway) but I think it was worth it. It is so cool. I swear there is such a powerful motor in this machine, I really would not want to get my finger caught in it. Gross!
But this is a little bit of a miracle. The girl who hates vegetables has been drinking quite a bit of them since we bought the juicer! I am so proud of myself. It doesn’t hurt that its so fun to use the machine that I keep just wanting to put things through it (which means you have to drink it, of course). I think I am for the first time in my life getting my full servings of fruits and vegetables! Amazing :)
So the moral of the juicing story is….that as expensive as the juicer might have been, it was totally worth it!

That sounds so healthy. I need a new juicer, my blender is so old. Excellent way to get all those vitamins in your body!

I have invested in a juicer a year ago and can’t live without it. There was a little recipe book coming with it and it helps when bying the correct ingredients to get the best smoothies and healthy juices to get you going through the day.
Good luck with yours:-) If you wld like some recipes let me know!
