In The Sedona Method they teach you that the key to happiness is ‘release’. If you release limiting emotions that you have and that you feel inside you can free yourself to experience the happiness that is already in you . You do that by releasing those limiting emotions by asking yourself some simple questions.
They teach that when you ask yourself some very easy and simple questions, you are faced with actually acknowledging your true feelings (something that I know many of us are not so great at sometimes, right?). Like I explained before this allows you to be free to release the feelings and emotions that are actually holding you back by realizing that those feelings and emotions are just that. They are in reality only feelings and emotins (it seems a little easier said than done to a very emotional and sensitive person like me). When you realize that they are not facts, just feelings you can very easily at that point just let them go and drop them. They say that this allows those limiting feelings and emotions to “dissolve”.
They also say that many people get to a point in the program that they see how they can just let things go and end up even forgetting about what actually made them so upset in the first place! And of course this lets you just laugh about your almost imagined problems and “ride the wave of happiness”!
