When I was living in the US in California, I really loved one product for staying healthy and in shape and that is good-ole-slimfast. They do not have any kind of negative slimquick side effects or anything like that, like many other similar products. Just good nutrition. It is filling and easy to take with you no matter where you go or what you do. I enjoyed that!
