As a child in school I was always taught safety first. And now as an adult my friends always laugh at me because I am always concerned about things like where the emergency exits in buildings are. Especially here in Norway, most of the buildings are made out of wood and that makes me want to know where the exits are (read my post in the archives “Irish Nomad in Norway” for more about that).
