I really hope that when I find my new home that I am looking for it has one key feature. I hope it has great plumbing. There is nothing worse than needing to invest in an expensive spring plungers or something because of bad plumbing.

I personally feel that plumbing is a feature in a home that can be truly highly undervalued!
