One thing I enjoy about being back in California (for now), is that you get to see movies right when you hear about them (not forever later like in Norway).

Last night we went to see the movie Planet 51. It was a super cute movie that really made me laugh. It was well done and everything looked like it was the 1950′s but on an alien planet. They had 50′s style homes, stores, clothes and even ponds and pond pumps.

I would recommend this movie as a fun and light-hearted movie to see. It is not the “best movie ever”, but definitely one you should see. Make sure to pay attention closely, there are a lot of subtle and hidden jokes that really kept me rolling!
