Today is Wednesday so it is pennier (I have no idea how to spell it) in green sauce for dinner. Gross, gross, gross. I always look forward to Thursdays here at the ashram because for lunch they make what they call tomato rice. I call it Spanish rice. It is exactly like Spanish rice and it is the only thing I can eat that they make. Cant wait till tomorrow!
