Okay, so I know this is old news but I still thought it was kind of cool. One of my Lithuanian friends on Skype put a link to a video and I checked out. It was a youtube video of a European dance competition that I have never seen before.
Now, as most of you know I love American television and that includes all of our crappy reality dance shows. So although I am not an expert or have even very refined taste on the subject, I do enjoy watching dance.
This video I found out is from a competition last year (2008) for ‘Latin Formation’…. I think. Since it is old news I didn’t find a whole lot of info about it on the internet. I didn’t try too hard, but still.
Anyways, I guess the Lithuanian team won and this is their performance. I thought the beginning part looked like cheerleaders and is a little weird, but when they get to the part in the middle where they are like in a line and spinning the girls around, I thought that was really cool. Also I thought it was crazy how they marched on and off the stage like they are in the Military!
Take a look and tell me what you think in a comment below!

What a cool video, this show looks like its way better than the crappy Dancing with the Stars nonsense we Americans are privy to. Man do they ever know how to dance in Lithuania.

Awesome video, way cooler than the corny dance shows coming out these days. Have you seen the one with the ex-NHL players figure skating with ex-figure skaters? Man does it ever suck.

What a beautiful performance. Sounded like it was in Germany. Have we had this Lithuanian group performing in USA? This summer my wife and I will be visiting Europe, including Lithuania. Will make sure that we see this performance of Zuvedra.
