It is interesting living here in Norway and experiencing the dramatic change in light through the seasons. It does not matter where you work or what industry you are in. From me, a nanny to people who work in schools to jobs in health care, the lack of light affects us all.

During the summer it is basically light all day and night long and so during the winter time it stays pretty dark during the days. I personally don’t think that it is that bad though because it changes so fast. At least it seems like it to me.
