Stephen Kings’ new suspense thriller “The Mist” is coming to theaters on November 21st (but of course it will be forever before it comes to Norway!). The Mist by Stephen King is a movie that is about a mist coming over the small town and the people get trapped inside a store. They realize that there is something dangerous in the mist and because they are so afraid they become divided.

When people are in a terrifying situation together sometimes their true personalities come out like in this movie. For example when I was little and getting ready for school one morning and then the Northridge earthquake hit. My sister and I were terrified and my mom protected us from all of the things flying off the walls and out of the cupboards by covering both of us with her body so she didn’t get hit. No matter what she was going to protect us even if it hurt herself. That (like many terrifying situations) showed her true personality as a loving mother.

After the earthquake my sister and I were still terrified but knew our mom would do anything to protect us and that was very comforting.

The reason for this story is because this new movie “The Mist” also reveals people in this small towns true characters once they are in a stressful situation together. You’ll have to go check it out to find out who they truly are!
