Its terrible when your in the wrong place at the wrong time! Apparently (according to Aftenposten.no) about 3PM this afternoon, there was a female flasher causing a stir at one of Oslo’s local coffee shops. Its just an awful thing that I was enjoying the amazing weather and view down at Aker Brygge (the pier by the water) instead…next time the flashers should give us a warning so we don’t miss the show! (Totally Joking!)
