Hello

First thing I wanted to say today is, sorry. I haven’t been blogging the past few days out of spite towards Google. A few months ago Google gave me a page rank of 1 and I was so excited. Now it is back to zero. It just made me very mad to think Google thinks my site is not important at all.g.jpg

Anyways, on to more interesting topics :)

Everyone knows with the creation of user-generated video sharing sites that this has become a pretty popular form of entertainment. I even know that, now that I live in Norway, am constantly on those sites watching videos.

There is a new site called YawpBox that has more features that the typical user-generated video site. For example, they have a feature that if you click on the “TV” button, you will see that if you make a video your video can be used in a real tv show. If you like making videos to share, this is the perfect way to get your ‘15 minutes of fame’.

Seeing regular people like you and me videotape amazing things is always fun, and sometimes not fun but memorable and important. I remember on 9/11 when the twin towers fell, it was a terrible thing to happen, but it was amazing to see the videos that people shot. It was like you got to experience what it was like to be right there.

Now on YawpBox when you videotape your amazing, memorable or entertaining moments you can share it was a huge audience (especially with the possibility of having your video be on tv).

Plus if you need some creative assistance to create your videos, you can check out the Tex & Larry challenge. They give out a ‘homework assignment’ on their radio show and tv show to create specific types of videos. Then you can submit it to the site for everyone to enjoy!
