Germany Wins Against England

June 28th, 2010 · 6 Comments

Yesterday we joined our fellow Munchen-ers here at a cafe watching the Germany vs England World Cup game. It was fun, and a good game to watch. There was a lot of celebration afterwards in the streets. Munich is usually a quiet city, but not after a winning soccer game! Here is just a few seconds glimpse of the celebration that took place yesterday after the game.

Its not the best video, I just whipped out my camera really quick to catch a little of the fun. Sorry if it goes by to fast, but you can hear the horns honking like crazy and see all the people hanging out of the cars with flags. They had fun! :) Congrats Germany on your win!

Your video is fun! I like how they let their horns do their shouting for them. I was a little worried for the bike riders, but they probably made it home alive. Yay, Germany wins!

They played a good game against England but I was a bit disappointed by them against Spain.. it seems like it was a different team on the field.

As a Britishman Ioobcouse am dissapointed with the whole teams playing and that wa before they even got to play Germany.I wish my home country teams luck I do follow all matches.
England I believe needs a new manager and and a younger team.We must move on and start planning and training together as a team

Germans celebrated their win against England not only because of the victory (which is always a good reason to celebrate) but also the way it happened (to be honest, even if I’m a Germany fan, they didn’t diserve to win!).
