My friend and I right now are living in the apartment of another friend of his. Since this situation is much less than ideal we have been looking for a place for us to move to. But renting an apartment or house here in Oslo is so expensive that we have been thinking about trying to see if we can get any cheap mortgages to buy our own place because it makes more sense.

But before taking out a mortgage I will definatelly have to do some research online to get the best and cheapest deal. First there are so many types to choose from. There are discount rate mortgages, buy to let mortgages and adverse credit remortgages just to name a few.

With so many choices I will have to really do my research online to make it worth it to buy rather than rent. I will keep you updated on what kind of housing I find here in Norway!
