Right now I am in India again and find it extremely difficult to maintain an exercise program in this intense heat. I have noticed that there are some trends among those interested in fitness here like there is in America. One of the weird things they have here too is hgh sprays. I think they are a little strange and extreme personally. I prefer a treadmill and a protein shake for my fitness supplements. But to each their own!
