Today we went to Harras (an intersection near where we live in Munich) to a new computer repair store that had just opened. I brought them my external hard drive because something had happened to it and it was not working any more.

I am a little frustrated about the fact that the customer service in Germany is not good at all and it makes me doubt if this person can really help me fix my hard drive, or not.

Well we will have to see.
