When looking for a new place to stay (like I am right now), especially in a new country, it is difficult to know which features in a house or apartment are really important to pay attention to. Some places its the heating, some its the Refrigerator water filter, you really just never know.

Another thing is its hard to know who to trust about the quality of different features in a new home, in a new country. Well, wish me luck.
